Our client had no time to find her first apartment and no experience in the field. She therefore asked us to look for an apartment with a maximum budget of 250,000€ including agency fees, in a residence with a swimming pool.

2Visits and offers
After 4 visits we found a property that she liked at 245 000€ (agency fees included). We made a first offer at 230 000€, and the owner made a counter-proposal for à 235 000€ which our client accepted.
